Mission Statement
1. To preserve and enhance the quality of life in our rural community.
2. To support efforts to preserve and enhance the natural beauty of
Shermans Creek and its watershed.
3. To be an asset to the community. To provide information and
guidance to local government and residents concerning topics of
interest that directly affect managed community growth and
sustainable economic development.
4. To monitor the uses of Shermans Creek and its tributaries within the
watershed, including surface water and groundwater, for quality and quantity.
To call attention to activities on projects that would have a negative impact
on Shermans Creek or its watershed.
