by Cathy Spahr and Callie Dutton

Carroll Township is becoming an increasingly popular place to live. With such popularity the pressure to develop is compromising the natural integrity of the land. Main concerns include the possible negative affects on Shermans Creek, the loss of protected land, and the loss of agricultural land. Please browse through our webpage to see how these changes are affecting the community and Sherman Creek.
